Here Are Some Spaghetti Dishes You Need To Have In Your Life Right Now

Let’s face it – spaghetti is the best. That iconic scene in Lady and the Tramp wouldn’t have been the same without that meatball dish. This Italian staple can be eaten at any time of the day and there are many different versions that you can easily make.

Firstly, why not try Spaghetti Alla Chitarra? An ideal dish to prepare during the winter; as long as you have the chittara (the cutting tool the dish is named after), this should be easy to make. Otherwise, just use your hands.

If you’re a fan of eggplant, go for the Pasta Alla Norma. This melanzane-centric spaghetti dish also consists of tomatoes and basil. A great choice for the summer, when the tomatoes are at their best. However, plum tomatoes will do just fine.

Make an arugula pesto and mix with baby clams into your spaghetti. Canned clams will certainly do. The best part of this dish is that you can use any remaining pesto for all sorts of purposes, whether it be on crackers, sandwiches or even as a drizzle.

If you have leftover eggs and want to try something completely outside of the box, go for the Spaghetti Frittata. In the image below, it is not so clear, but there are both artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes, a perfect combination. The best part is that it can be eaten any time of the day.

That’s not all though. There are many other spaghetti dishes you can put together easily. A spaghetti with shrimp and a lemony pesto takes just 20 minutes to prepare. Ever had a Spaghetti Collins? This particular dish simply requires a bunch of scallions, chicken broth, butter and some white wine.

Others include the Memphis Barbecue Spaghetti, if you really want to go far out. This Italian-Southern fusion is definitely worth trying at least once in your life.
