Is your hair not growing? Are you struggling to get that style you want because your hair is not a certain length? We have all the foods that will save you ready for 2019!
Eggs
Eggs hold tons of protein and biotin, which are both essential if you want to grow your hair. In fact, lacking these guys has actually been linked to hair loss.

Salmon
Salmon has omega-3 fatty acids and there is no doubt you already know many of the benefits from that. One of which is having shiny, gorgeous, full hair.

Yellow Peppers
Interestingly, yellow peppers are an infinitely better source of vitamin C than oranges are. And, if you didn’t guess it already, Vitamin C is an excellent source for hair growth.

Greek Yogurt
Greek yogurt is particularly better than most yogurts as it is rich in B5, a.k.a pantothenic acid. According to WebMD, the vitamin “may even help against hair thinning and loss. You may recognize pantothenic acid as an ingredient on your hair and skin care product labels.”

Spinach
Spinach is the top of the top when it comes to vegetables. With iron, folate, vitamin A, beta carotene, and so much more in just a small serving, these can all, in turn, contribute to hair growth.

Sweet Potatoes
The healthier cousin of a standard potato, the sweet potato is packed with beta-carotene, which is great for a healthy scalp. They also contain lots of vitamin A which is meant to help speed up hair growth.

Avocados
Not only are they delicious and super trendy, but avocados are also packed with tons of those healthy fats. What’s more is they also are rich in vitamin E, another way to supplement hair growth.

Nuts
Nuts, particularly almonds, are super rich in vitamin E. While some say they are fattening it doesn’t harm to add them to your diet as they help with hair growth.
